What you use for case management, billing, document storage, calendaring, email, research, trust accounting. One per line is fine. Don't list clients or matters — we just want the tools.

ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Harvey, CoCounsel, or anything else. What you tried it for, whether it stuck.

Approximate range. Volume context for the report, not matter-specific.

Used to generate dollar-math anchors in the report. Enter your primary rate as a number. If your rate varies, use your most common rate.

Honest estimate. Task-switching, email triage, billing cleanup, reconciliation, calendar drift — anything that isn't the actual legal work.

Hours per week you work but don't capture as billable time. Used to estimate revenue leakage.

One or two sentences each is plenty. This is the most important field in the form.
