Change-Order System Install

A Done-For-You build that installs a working change-order system into your own tools, so field directives become billable change orders before the documentation deadline passes.

The Change Order Audit names where billing is leaking. This Build closes the leak.

What this is

A fixed-scope build, not a consulting retainer. We set up a change-order workflow inside the tools you already use, so a verbal go-ahead in the field is captured the moment it happens and flows through to a formal change order while it is still billable.

What we install

Three pieces, configured to your process and left running in your own accounts:

A Make.com automation that routes a field directive from intake through to a drafted change-order memo and a client-ready email. A set of memo templates matched to how your GCs expect change orders to arrive. A tuned change-order assistant that drafts the memo language from a short description and a photo, so the documentation is written while the detail is fresh.

How it works

We scope the build from a short intake and, if useful, one working call. We configure the automation, templates, and assistant in your accounts, then run a hand-off session so your team owns it. Turnaround is typically two to three weeks, not the 48 hours of an audit.

Who this is for

Subs and small GCs who already know field changes are going unbilled and want the fix installed rather than described. Most useful right after a Change Order Audit or T&M Leak Audit has named where the money is leaving.

Credited from your audit

If you came from a paid audit, that fee is credited toward this Build. The audit is the map; the Build is the work.

From $8,000 one-time

Anchored to the T&M leakage it recovers — typically many times the fee on a single crew.

Tell us where to send the details. We reply within one business day with a fixed scope and a quote, invoiced directly. A short working session is included to hand the system off.
