What this is
A fixed-scope build that sets up a repeatable estimating and buyout process in the tools you already use, so the same scope checks happen on every bid instead of living in one estimator’s head.
What we install
A tuned scope-gap assistant that reads a set of plans and specs and flags what is missing or ambiguous before the bid goes out. A tuned bid-leveler that normalizes competing sub bids so you are comparing the same scope apples to apples. A buyout workbook that carries the leveled scope through to award.
All of it is configured in your own accounts and left running under your control.
How it works
We scope the build from a short intake and, if useful, one working call. We configure the assistants and workbook in your accounts and run a hand-off session with your estimators. Turnaround is typically two to three weeks.
Who this is for
GCs and subs whose margin keeps getting eaten by scope that was missed at bid time or by sub bids that were never truly compared. Most useful right after an Estimate Review.
