What this is
A configured workbook, built in the account you already use and kept under your control. It tracks labor, materials, equipment, subs, and burden against budget by cost code, and surfaces estimate-versus-actual, work in progress, and over and under billing while you can still act on it.
What we install
A cost-code structure matched to how you actually bid and run work. Estimate-versus-actual and WIP views that update as you enter costs. An over/under billing check so you can see which jobs are ahead of or behind their billing.
Everything lives in your own Google Sheets or Airtable. Prevaldi does not host your project data.
How it works
We scope the build from a short intake and, if useful, one working call. We configure the workbook in your account and record a set of short training walkthroughs so anyone on your team can run it. Turnaround is typically one to two weeks.
