How it works
We start with a short call to set priorities, then work in monthly cycles. Slots are limited so each engagement gets real attention; pricing scales with the size of the operation and the number of systems under management.
Gain-share option for larger firms
For firms at roughly $25M in revenue and above, the retainer can be paired with a success fee tied to verified recovery against an agreed baseline, with a cap and floor. We scope that separately once a baseline can be measured. It is never pure contingency.
Who this is for
GCs and subs who have installed at least one Build and want it driven into daily practice, and larger firms that want an outside partner accountable for keeping margin from leaking.
